Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Krishop and other iFarmer apps relevant to Agri Input, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product information, and efficient order processing.
∎ Optimize the app's user interface and features to enhance the retailer experience and drive engagement.
∎ Monitor app performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product descriptions, promotions, and educational resources.
∎ Foster a vibrant and active retailer community on the Krishop app.
∎ Prepare regular reports on app performance, sales figures, community engagement, and other key metrics.
