Job Overview

The Executive - Dyeing (Sample) is a critical position within the dyeing department, focusing on overseeing and executing dyeing processes for sample production. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in textile dyeing, ensuring high-quality shade matching, production efficiency, and process control.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Shade Matching and Production Oversight:
    • Demonstrate expertise in shade matching with visual understanding and datacolor analysis to meet customer specifications and quality benchmarks.
    • Follow-up daily dyeing production targets and control process capabilities to ensure timely completion of sample batches.
  2. Technical Knowledge and Process Management:
    • Apply in-depth knowledge of different dyeing techniques (e.g., CVC, cotton, nylon, fleece) and variation types of fabric to optimize dyeing outcomes.
    • Ensure sound knowledge of different types of dyes and chemicals, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  3. Floor Management and Control:
    • Oversee floor operations, managing and controlling dyeing processes to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
    • Address any assigned responsibilities by management to support department-wide objectives.
  4. Support and Resource Utilization:
    • Utilize provided support equipment, including laptops/desktops and desk availability, to perform tasks efficiently.
    • Leverage mobile SIM and pick & drop facilities as needed, adhering to company policies on visiting cards and PABX usage.
