Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure productivity by making proper m/c plan according to shipment schedule.
∎ Have to control floor with leadership & good communication skill.
∎ To Use technical knowledge on quality control (Shrinkage, GSM, Dia, Spirality/ Twisting, Skewness, Bowing & others) and sample follow-up.
∎ To maintain SOP of the Knitting to finishing parameter of the fabric.
∎ To Maintain minimum variation between bulk batches in terms of quality & shrinkage in the same color.
∎ Minimization for fabric process loss & sorting out of various kinds of fabrics faults & find out remedies of that faults with sustainable solutions.
∎ To Prepare Finishing Report, Daily Floor Status Report, Shrinkage Report, Machine Idle time Report & Monthly production Analysis Report.
∎ To optimize man, machine & material with proper planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ Inter-personal skill.
