Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting/ Management from reputed Universities
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good control over inventory stock levels, safety stocks, arrange for regular replenishment;
∎ Preparing delivery schedule and maintain delivery route plan;
∎ Checking distributions related complain from distributor's & sales team.
∎ Communicating with distribution channel regarding operational & market issues & build strong relation with channels.
∎ Analyzing performance statement of various Distribution centers under control and take corrective actions.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring depot stock and taking action according to need base.
∎ Monitoring & Supervising, warehouse safety, security & administration.
∎ Monitoring Petty cash Bills & collection disbursement Reports
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower working under Distribution & Shipping. o Warehouse auditing and maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
∎ Handling complaints and initiating necessary measures.
∎ Warehouse auditing and maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
∎ Ensure adequate reporting and documentation is completed for all Distribution Operations related Activities According to the company policy and Distribution Manager
∎ Prepare various documents according to Instruction of Distribution manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years working experience in the area of supply chain, logistic or distribution from any reputed FMCG company.
∎ Sound knowledge on computerized inventory management system.
∎ Able to effectively lead and influence complex supply chain situation.
∎ Ability to handle inventory of FMCG Company.
∎ Having good and pleasant interpersonal skills and proven leadership qualities.
∎ Strong & effective communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
