Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Job Location : Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily responsible to coordinate with suppliers and with F&A, Production/QC to ensure smooth supplies of the raw material to Plant
This position will be responsible to LC preparation, reviewing & monitoring of LC & shipping documents and to make sure necessary amendments & corrections
Customs Handling, Co-ordination with C&F agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders & Transporters to get imported goods clearance on-time
Ensure all formalities laid out by suppliers and compliances are completed for smooth execution of import orders
Coordinate with QC/Production/PPIC/Engineering & PMD Department to plan of import & local purchase
Critical complaint management & proactive attention through the works are must
TEAM Player with right Behavioral Attitudes are MUST for this position
