∎ 4-6 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record of efficiently managing distribution operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
∎ Strong understanding of distribution and logistics management.
∎ Practical knowledge of ERP software.
∎ Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint .
∎ Excellent written communication skills in english.
∎ Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee Distribution Operations: Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition across all sales offices and feed godowns.
∎ Logistics & Transportation Coordination: Plan and manage transportation to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
∎ Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
∎ Vendor & Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with transporters and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, accounts, production, and distribution teams to develop and implement an efficient distribution schedule.
∎ Sales Target & Forecasting: Monitor national feed sales targets, forecasts, and achievement growth (daily, weekly, monthly,yearly).
∎ Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on sales, depot stock, feed received/delivered, territory rearrangement, new agent assignments, and ERP feed order confirmations.
∎ Depot & Stock Oversight: Manage depot stock and coordinate with depot in-charges to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Issue Resolution & Communication: Address sales and distributor complaints, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales and ERP teams.
∎ Sales Incentive Calculation: Track and calculate feed and hatchling sales incentives for field sales personnel.
