Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be B.Sc / M.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTex or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 24 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric dyeing, Knitting and Dyeing, Machine commissioning, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Technical operation, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the overall operation & function of the whole plant, including knitting, dyeing, dyeing-finishing, washing, quality assurance, lab etc. with highest efficiency and team work.
∎ Commissioning, Designing & Planning of knitting, dyeing, finishing with most efficient & latest machinery and ensure maximum utilization of machinery.
∎ Capable to run the textile operation of 60 Ton knit dyeing fabrics
∎ Should have ability to run the fabric department on turnkey basis.
∎ Production monitoring: follow up day to day production from each machine and ensure the production target.
∎ Ensure that the factory produce the quality product as per buyers requirement with highest efficiency and lowest wastage.
∎ Having well experience to deal with reputed buyers like H&M, C&A,US Polo, Puma, M&S, Mango and other
∎ Establishing effective SOP for each department.
∎ Perform divisional auditing on each function and procedure (SOP)
∎ Design & deploy system enhancement by initializing necessary cross verification programs
∎ Designing & planning the effective manpower.
∎ Monitor training needs of new/existing staff across all divisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Presently working as a operation Head of a relevant textile industry
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate officers and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should be good team player, well organized, self-initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Good Computing skill.
