Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking Executive Director for Knit Garments.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for whole project (Marketing & Operation).
∎ Very Strong Knowledge on costing, pricing, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
∎ Candidate should be capable to handle foreign buyer independently.
∎ Find out the corrective measures and ensure implementation for smooth operation system.
∎ Find out Garments SMV and consumption.
∎ Able to do modern and scientific machine layout.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material to yield higher productivity.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made up to exportable stage.
∎ Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve for timely shipment.
∎ Daily basis update report directly intimate to the Managing Director in own accord.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ 100% Export Oriented Readymade Garments Industry
