Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
∎ Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies like content including posts, graphics, videos, and articles to align with business goals.
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
∎ Edit and Finalize Video Have to Manage social media Pages.
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Set specific objectives and report on ROI Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
∎ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, customer service to ensure brand consistency Communicate with followers,
∎ Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
∎ Maintaining Website & Social Media Platforms on a regular basis.
∎ Designing Poster, Banner and Still Picture.
∎ Editing Video (Screencast, Stop motion, Motion-graphics, Typography etc.)Interacting with other team members
