Experience:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor handling
Receive and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, inquiries, and promotional purposes
Provide accurate information regarding services, products, or procedures
Transfer calls to relevant departments when necessary
Address client queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses
Handle basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining databases
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
Follow up with clients regarding services or applicationsGenerate and track leads through calls and walk-ins
