∎ Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, Drawing, Fashion Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct timely market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, use it to inform design and present in a professional manner to relevant team members
∎ Ensure collection is in agreement with business strategy
∎ Source fabrics and trims based on market analysis
∎ Create sketches and CADs for development packages
∎ Collaborate with technical designer and relevant team members to ensure that development packages are in line with what is needed
∎ Carefully monitor sample development, by solving technical issues (pattern/wash/styling), maintaining on time production etc.
∎ For buyers whose products are dictated by the head office, assist merchandising team to develop samples timely as per buyer's requirements without errors
∎ Manage team members on Design and Development team
