Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure daily fabric requirements and received status according to consumption for proper cutting and sewing input.
Cross-check the fabric booking sheet with the buyer PO sheet.
Cross-check the P.P. sample for fabric shrinkage before starting bulk cutting.
Follow up on the table-wise cutting target and efficiency.
Monitor the daily input target & input balancing for proper line production support & WIP control.
Cut to ship loss report & analysis.
Maintain all kinds of documents in the spreading and information-cutting departments.
Provide production information (size, ratio, inseam) for preparing the number and bundle cut as per the layers spreading sheet.
Following the 5S system & compliance rules.
Ensure 100% quality to meet the buyer`s expectations.
Any other task assigned by the management.
