- Strong organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using CRM, telemarketing tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience in a similar outbound telemarketing role.
Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Promote products or services to existing customers and find out their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Ensure that all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Track and report on progress towards goals and objectives.
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects about product and service preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all telemarketing activities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
