  1. Excellent verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  2. Strong persuasive skills.
  3. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  4. Strong organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and reporting.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM, telemarketing tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  6. Experience in a similar outbound telemarketing role.


Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
  2. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  3. Promote products or services to existing customers and find out their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  4. Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  5. Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  6. Ensure that all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  8. Track and report on progress towards goals and objectives.
  9. Gather feedback from customers and prospects about product and service preferences.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all telemarketing activities.
  11. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  12. Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
