Education:
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • B.Sc. Engineering in EEE/Mechanical.
  • Marketing with MBA from reputed Institutions.


Requirements:

Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D,Solar system design

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 45 years
  • Experience in corporate sales sector at least 5 (five) years.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in commercial solar
  • Complete system designs for PV modelling projects for Rooftop including shading analysis, mechanical racking plans, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labeling.
  • Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams or panel schedules for solar electrical systems.
  • Preparing PV layouts, SLD, BOM preparation, 3D project modelling, Structure fabrication drawings & RFQ preparation.
  • Doing AC & DC cable sizing, earthing calculation, and string configurations. 


Responsibilities & Context:

Solaric is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial solar sales. In this role you will be an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets. Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business, and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
  • To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the companies communicated with and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
  • Should be capable to identify prospective new clients.
  • Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial solar/others projects.
