Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will report to the Manager, Brand and Communications. S/he will be responsible to:
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
∎ Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the query management team
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest products/offers & campaigns
∎ Meeting with stakeholders of other organizations to plan new benefits for MB customers
∎ Expanding the customer base by upselling, cross-selling & co-branding
∎ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
∎ Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
∎ Increasing the number club card members
∎ Launching innovative campaign for club card members
∎ Execute events for club card members
∎ Helping brand team with outlet activation
∎ Running surveys for brand team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ 1 to 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office
∎ Ability to manage different projects at the same time
∎ Must be a team player with helping attitude
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
