As part of the expansion of our marketing activities, we are seeking a dynamic customer communication representative.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer sign ups and identify the potential customers promptly and proficiently
∎ Place an outbound communication to the customer through Phone call, Webchat, Email, WhatsApp messaging to identify the valid buying intent
∎ Schedule appointments accordingly with potential customers
∎ Answer all customer product and service questions, assist the customer in placing their requirements
∎ Utilize the opportunity to sell products and services to prospective customers and develop new revenue through use of recommended sales techniques
