Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating updates of fault recovery with customers
∎ Liaison with back-office Operation Center.
∎ Prepare the schedule of Fitter Man and monitor all the fitter's activities.
∎ Maintain movement report of all customer support staff & fitter.
∎ Responsible for customer support or repair work at customer points.
∎ Sales and marketing with the customer over the phone, send product list to the customer and check and return emails.
∎ Relationship development with the existing customer.
∎ Provide customers support & Solve queries.
∎ Providing help and advice to the customer for using the organization's products or services.
∎ Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
∎ Investigating and solving customers problems/requirements which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
∎ Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
∎ Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
∎ Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
∎ Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to face new technology challenges.
∎ Able to work in adverse situations.
∎ Must be fluent in speaking, writing in English.
∎ Must be very good at email writing and communication over the telephone.
