∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Collection, Credit control, Customer Development, Customer Relation, Loan Recovary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts. This includes calling customers at home, at work, and on their cellular phones.
∎ Ensure all necessary documents for payment has been delivered to the client like Work order copy, Moshuk Copy, Delivery note, Invoice Etc.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and officer correspondence.
∎ If any document is missing related with product payment issue then inform concern department and take necessary steps to send documents to customer.
∎ Speak to customers to negotiate payment plans and payment schedules that suit their current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
∎ Collect installment from customers regularly in an amicable way and deposit it in company's accounts properly.
∎ Make a list of customers according to monthly calendar wise who have agreed to pay the due payments and assign bill collectors to collect the payment on the basis of list.
∎ Keep customers files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.
∎ Submit daily payment collection and payment outstanding report to line manager.
∎ Advise customers on their various payment options. If no payment agreement can be reached then inform customers of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts.
∎ Prepare statements to be given to credit departments and banks when customers fail to meet their payment agreements or when no payment agreement can be made.
∎ Attain seize process if customer do not follow the company policy.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the management time to time
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
∎ Answering customers query about product or services offered by us and understand customer’s requirement to suggest better product or services.
∎ Regularly keep update customers details of purchase orders and update customer’s information in database.
∎ Make daily report of customers purchase orders, customers query; customers complain and submit to management.
∎ Regular follow up with customers about purchase order by analyzing customers purchase behaviors from purchase order report.
∎ Regularly follow up customers by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well-organized
∎ Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
∎ Have polished communication skills in both Bangla and English with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Should possess the right attitude to work as a team.
