Responsibilities & Context:
Financial planning and strategy: Work with strategy team to formulate short- and long-term financial and strategic plans.
Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly or quarterly forecasts, including revenues, expenses, and cash flow.
Financial analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, product portfolio (SKU wise) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This includes variance analysis against budgets and prior periods.
Performance reporting: Manage the preparation of management reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations.
Business partnering: Collaborate with various departments and business unit heads to understand performance drivers and ensure financial outcomes align with business goals.
Others: Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
