• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• CMA (Partly qualified)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Financial planning and strategy: Work with strategy team to formulate short- and long-term financial and strategic plans.

• Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly or quarterly forecasts, including revenues, expenses, and cash flow.

• Financial analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, product portfolio (SKU wise) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This includes variance analysis against budgets and prior periods.

• Performance reporting: Manage the preparation of management reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations.

• Business partnering: Collaborate with various departments and business unit heads to understand performance drivers and ensure financial outcomes align with business goals.

• Others: Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
