Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive/ Sr. Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, generating sales and promoting IOM Ltd.’s portfolio of office automation and IT solutions. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and conduct sales in corporate, SME & B2B business.

  •  Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.

  • Represent IOM Ltd. at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field from a public, national and private institution

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT or office automation).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Fluency in English and Bangla.
