• Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Real Estate, Cement, Financial Consultants, Importer

• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong background in Investment Banking and/or Corporate Banking is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in fundraising, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions.
• Experience working in large conglomerates or multi-entity business groups.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, project financing, and investment evaluation.

The Group has significant expansion plans across Asia and is looking for a strategic leader to drive financial excellence and support major investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Leadership

• Lead the overall financial strategy of the Group, ensuring strong financial discipline and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Provide strategic insights to the Board and senior management for business expansion and new investments.

Fundraising & Investment Execution

• Raise capital from domestic and international sources—banks, financial institutions, private credit funds, and strategic investors.
• Structure and execute investment in brownfield projects in Bangladesh, India, and other Asian markets.
• Manage relationships with lenders, investment partners, and rating agencies,

Core Finance Functions

• Supervise Accounting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Tax functions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Strengthen internal control systems across the Group.

Risk Management & Governance

• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and investment risks.
• Establish strong governance practices across subsidiaries.
• Oversee audit processes and ensure transparent reporting.
