Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Daily Cash Collection from Delivery Assistant as Per Delivery Apps Collection & Money Receipt.
Monitoring Properly Expense Budget (Both of Feed & Medicine)
Maintain Cash Book Update (Both of Feed & Medicine)
Ensure Daily Banking
Timely Prepare Petty Cash & To Ensure Entry on Biznet (Both of Feed & Medicine)
Every Month Check & Verify Depot Inventory Software with Physical. (Both of Feed & Medicine)
Try to Always Prepare Error Free Report for the Management. (Weekly Report, Fuel Report, Distribution Expense Report) Both of Feed & Medicine.
TA DA Bill Check & Send to Head Office Accounts Department for the Disbursement
