Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the credit management functions by proper planning & providing action plan to achieve recovery target;
∎ To guide the recovery team in order to achieve collection targets;
∎ To manage relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposer to potential bad debts;
∎ To plan out and strategize company's debtor management & control system;
∎ To streamline the credit policies in line with the company's strategies;
∎ To build rapport with internal and external parties for smooth operations of debtor management & control mechanism;
∎ To closely monitor the implementation of company's approved policies, conduct periodic review and strategize initiatives to reinvigorate the implementation process to achieve company's target;
∎ To provide required analytics and reports to management as and when required;
∎ To carry out any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good at MS-Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint)
∎ Strong analytical report making skill
∎ Excellent planning & action plan setting ability
∎ Innovation & problem solving skill
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill
