Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet/exceed individual sales target
∎ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives
∎ Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for B2B sales growth
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy
∎ Identify, engage, and secure new B2B clients through targeted outreach and negotiations
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
∎ Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures
∎ Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management
