Responsibilities & Context:
Meet/exceed individual sales target
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for B2B sales growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy
Identify, engage, and secure new B2B clients through targeted outreach and negotiations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures
Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management
