Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Head of the Department for planning, organizing and managing the Functions of Corporate Sales.
∎ Searching and hunting new clients for Corporate Sales.
∎ To receive target from the Head of the Department and devote best concentration & efforts to achieve the target.
∎ To analyze customers and find out the deficiencies of our products as well as team spirit so that the rate of our market share is improved.
∎ To prepare proposal, deed, documents for signing contract/agreement with our Corporate Clients.
∎ To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Head of the Department for observation and action as advised by the Management.
∎ Visit chain shop. Monitoring OSR whose are under chain shop
∎ Ensure sufficient Stock in the chain shop as per policy
∎ Relationship develop with Chain shop manager and in charge for sale increasing
∎ Regular meeting with OSR
∎ Distribute the target to chain shop and OSR’s also
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Reporting and following any other tasks assigned and given by top management
∎ Policy Implementation & Development
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance Excel Knowledge along MS Office package
∎ Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the different business aspects
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali
∎ Work under deadline and pressure
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla)
∎ Flexibility to work in anywhere of Bangladesh
