Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving the given monthly, quarterly, yearly targets.
∎ Prepare sales reports Daily/ weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
∎ List potential customer, visit, and product presentation and generate new businesses through regular contacts.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that make success, result and credibility.
∎ Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.
∎ Give pricing quotes and negotiation to deals with specific customer needs.
∎ Follow up regular timely payment and TDS collection.
∎ Communicate with inter department for smooth operation.
∎ Documentation
∎ Prepare quotation, collect purchase order, ensure orderly delivery and collect payment
∎ Identify target market and customer, Bank/ Insurance/ Pharmaceuticals/ MNC to create new business opportunity and sale
∎ Formulate comprehensive visit plan for existing and new markets and ensure routine visit to generate sales.
∎ Report market intelligence, Competitor activities, intelligence of new Competitors etc.
∎ Have to monitor company showrooms, retail distribution as per management requirement.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Excellent command in spoken and written English
∎ Experience on work in Chattogram Area will get advantage
