∎ Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail both in Bangla and English.
∎ Working knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint.
∎ Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc and post accordingly.
∎ Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content.
∎ Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce relevant content for digital (Static, Video, Reel etc.) and print (Brochure, leaflet etc.)
∎ Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed and create report.
∎ Create social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc and post accordingly.
