We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Conflict Resolution Executive to manage & escalate client conflicts across all SBUs. This is a strategic role responsible for improving client retention, reducing cancellations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and delivery teams.
Will work directly with SBU-level representatives, mentor them, analyze patterns, implement strategies, and intervene in complex cases where necessary. This role is ideal for someone who can think critically, act independently, and navigate difficult client situations with confidence and emotional maturity.
Develop and enforce SOPs, escalation matrices, and Early Warning Systems.
Identify recurring causes of conflict across SBUs and ensure action is taken.
Handle high-risk or high-value cases personally when escalation is required.
Create and maintain communication scripts, escalation templates, and objection handling frameworks.
Ensure standardized tone, professionalism, and platform compliance across teams.
Train SBU members on expectation management, negotiation, empathy, and professional communication standards.
Lead and mentor SBU level representatives.
Ensure adherence to standardized conflict prevention workflows.
Conduct daily sync calls to review current cases, blockers, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards to track various matrix based on data
Work with Sales, Delivery, Project Managers, and Support teams to close gaps where needed.
