As we grow, we are seeking a highly trustworthy and capable professional to directly assist the Managing Director & Head of Schools in overseeing and reporting sensitive updates from all branches.Job Title: Executive – Confidential Affairs(Trusted, High-Confidentiality Role Reporting to the Managing Director & Head of Schools)Role Purpose:To act as the direct operational extension of the Managing Director & Head of Schools by monitoring, verifying, and reporting critical updates from HR, Accounts, Admin, IT, and Academic departments, ensuring institutional accountability, consistency, and confidentiality across all school operations.Key Responsibilities:Academic Oversight:

  • Monitor classwork and homework uploads daily via the academic dashboard
  • Cross-check lesson progress with syllabus plans
  • Collect weekly feedback from Coordinators
  • Random content quality checks and punctuality audits
  • Provide the Managing Director with detailed reports on academic, HR, administrative, and accounting discrepancies, highlights, or concerns. HR Monitoring:
  • Daily prepare and submit a report of staff attendance, punctuality, and behavioral issues
  • Maintain a confidential HR performance log for the Managing Director
  • Flag grievances or staff-related concerns discreetly
  • Support performance review and disciplinary tracking

Accounts & Finance Monitoring:

  • Oversee and prepare a daily report to the Managing Director on:
    • Fee collection trends
    • Petty cash and daily expense updates
    • Irregular or delayed financial entries in ERP
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for the MD’s weekly financial dashboard

Admin & Inventory Audit:

  • Audit and verify procurement processes, delivery records, and inventory logs
  • Report any unusual consumption, delivery delays, or missing updates
  • Ensure proper use of digital inventory tools across branches

IT & Software Compliance:

  • Monitor proper usage of ERP, mobile apps, academic software
  • Coordinate with IT Support for issue resolution
  • Suggest system improvements based on user behavior

Daily Reporting to MD:

  • Prepare and send a daily dashboard-style report by 8:30 PM including:
    • Branch-wise status summary
    • Academic updates & pending tasks
    • Attendance & HR concerns
    • Accounts & admin flags
    • Special notes (events, feedback, visits, complaints)

Confidential Assignments:

  • Handle sensitive files, audits, and discreet investigations
  • Collect confidential feedback from students, parents, and staff
  • Maintain NDA-level confidentiality in all responsibilities
  • Actively support strategic planning execution under the MD’s direction

Employment Status:

  • Full-Time (Permanent)
  • Reports directly to the Managing Director

Location: Head Office (Lalmatia, Dhaka) with field visits to all branches
