Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the factory for Compliance audit.
∎ Perform day-to-day activities and paperwork related to factory compliance in a proper and timely manner.
∎ Ensuring practice by meeting legal requirements & disciplines in the factory.
∎ Keeping the factory ready for buyers' audit as per their COC.
∎ Managing and dealing employee grievances and conflicts.
∎ Conduct workplace counseling & employee motivation tools.
∎ Organizing training / awareness session on regular basis.
∎ Ensure safety, cleanliness & hygienic working environment.
∎ Maintaining liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, etc.
∎ Follow-up consistently & communication via telephone, in person and email for all relevant matters with the concern person.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio; PowerPoint etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
