Responsibilities & Context:

Assist to handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.

• Handle disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with labor law and company policy.

• Update and Maintaining all legal license.

• Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the compliance program.

• Make Performance Data (PD) Report for H&M.

• Ensure healthy workplace, safety, cleanliness and hygiene of assigned area.

• Maintain a positive workplace culture and strong employee relation.

• Support training, learning and performance evaluation activities.

• Conduct training & development progress to enhance workplace capability.

• Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation and reflection program.

• Develop and manage employee benefits & compensation structure.

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor law.

• Support management in employee engagement and organization development.

• Foster a positive and compliant work environment across the organization.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.

• Support day-to-day operations, planning and execution of departmental activities.

• Collaborate innovative ideas and solution to improve business process.

• Independently plan, prepare for, and successfully face all kinds of technical and compliance audits from major

international buyers and organizations (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, Accord/Alliance follow-up, CENTRO Tex, Next, OCS,

GOTS, RCS, GRS etc.).

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance management systems, policies, and procedures across

all departments.

• Conduct regular internal audits, floor inspections and employee training to ensure continuous adherence to local

labor laws, safety regulations, and buyer Codes of Conduct.

• Prepare corrective action plans (CAPs) following audits and ensure timely and effective implementation of all

remediation measures.
