Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Marketing/Fine Arts or any other relevant subject from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. Third division/class or CGPA below 2.00 is not acceptable.

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different POSM materials, collateral for promoting and marketing social enterprise offerings, campaigns and operations.
∎ Ensure compliance of communications/ branding materials used/ produced for any event of Health Programme with the help of respective communications focal person.
∎ Collaborate with Programme implementation teams to review uptake and feedback from health campaigns.
∎ Contribute in writing health related contents or collaterals for both awareness and promotional purposes in both English and Bengali to reach out to the vast audience through social enterprise operations.
∎ Collaborate with HNPP Staffs to support in the development of different documents and collateral that shares details of progress against planned activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in communication/ brand/ media team of any reputed business/ development organization. Candidate with experience in fast paced environments e.g. FMCG companies, Health care sector or Pharmaceuticals will be given preference.
