Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare shipping document, Invoice, packing list and EXP issue for export.
∎ Documents submit to bank & follow up on time payment.
∎ BL draft confirmation to forwarder, stuffing follow up.
∎ Having sound knowledge about LC & LC related documentation.
∎ Prepare LC closing statement & report to department head.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), customs rules & regulation.
∎ Chasing forwarder for stuffing the hand-overed Consignment.
∎ Proper follow up of shipment.
∎ Document prepare for forwarder/buyer.
∎ BL Draft & BL corrections online submission.
∎ Liaison with bank, shipping line, forwarding agent & other organization related to import & export.
∎ Bank to Bank channel Documents prepare and submit to bank for collection as well follow up payment.
∎ All kind of Transport Bill Checking & Submit to audit dept.
∎ Required TC documents (export) provide to Factory Compliance Dept: regularly for collect TC certificate.
∎ All other works assigned by management.
