Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Utilization Permission (UP) in MS Excel.
∎ Preparation of Proforma Invoice (PI).
∎ Submission of UP to the Customs Office and getting approval from Customs Authority.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of all commercial activities related to import and export.
∎ Assisting in timely Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing, and related issues with customs and bonds.
∎ Preparation of export documents and submission, duly collection bank acceptance, export/inland bill purchase and proceeds realization.
∎ Must be well conversant in document processing and submission to the party, challan copy collection, checking, delivery and closely follow up of all delivery program.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in PI, L/C, Coefficient, UD, UP related to garment accessories business.
∎ Getting goods released through Bank Guarantee, Certificate etc.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related documents, banking and Insurance functions.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
