∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management preferable.
∎ BBA/ MBA in Supply Chain Management from any reputed Public University.
∎ IBA from Dhaka University, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, Chittagong University, Jahanginagar University students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C, Import Commercial, Import Documentation, Yarn Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Dyeing Factory, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ Dyeing & Spinning factory.
∎ Candidate will be entitled to Job responsibilities of Commercial Department, mostly activities related to BEPZA Import work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Import related all responsibilities with BEPZA & Customs procedures.
∎ Prepare TT & LC Application to bank for import purpose.
∎ Invoice, Packing List, BL & Others documents checking.
∎ Import In-bond update & Bond Register maintain.
∎ Contact with transport agency for import delivery.
∎ Regular communication with foreign supplier regarding each update.
∎ C&F negotiation, follow-up & handling C&F deals.
∎ Received and processed stock into inventory management system.
∎ Checking HS Code & SRO benefits.
∎ Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
∎ Handling C&F making bill, contract with the shipping line, freight & forwarder.
∎ Making import permit from BEPZA.
∎ Strongly solve customs related problem.
∎ Schedule & time maintain container delivery.
∎ Local purchase as per company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT related areas.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Willing to stay nearby factory
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
