∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate have to practical experience on custom clearing & forwarding (C&F) & documentation.
∎ Have clear knowledge and experience working with the C&F agent / handling at port (CTG, Mongla, Dhaka, airport).
∎ Prepare all kind of the documents for the import consignments.
∎ Maintain communication with the bank / insurance /C &F/ local transporter for the import consignment issue (CTG, Mongla, Komlapur IED).
∎ Work closely with the C&F agent at the customs office along with the shipping documents.
∎ Monitoring the current status of the customs examination / assessment process.
∎ Coordinate with the C&F agent for releasing the consignment from the port.
∎ Follow up the current shipment release status & report to the department superior from time to time.
∎ Attend and respond to the customs officer’s enquiries as well as strong negotiation skills.
