Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare documents as per L/C requirements and ensure documents submission.
∎ 2. Check L/C for compliance as per agreed terms.
∎ 3. Check shipping line, C&F and courier bills for compliance.
∎ 4. Check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for export/ import.
∎ 5. Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to.
∎ 6. Liaison with Bank, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organizations related to export and import documentation.
