Requirements (Must Have):
- Must Have Own Laptop
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a client handling/communication/marketing role
- Bangla ও English — দুটোতেই clear communication skill
- Professional attitude (oversmart behaviour চলবে না)
- Pressure handle করার mental strength
- Onsite full-time কাজ করার mindset
- Computer & basic tools knowledge (Docs, Google Sheets, Messenger, WhatsApp)
Good to Have (Bonus):
- Digital marketing agency experience
- Sales conversation sense (soft sell, not pushy)
- Proposal writing/presentation skills
- CRM বা lead tracking experience
- Basic Knowledge of Web Design and Development

Responsibilities & Context:
Client Communication:
- Facebook, WhatsApp, Email থেকে আসা Client Query Handle করা
- Client requirement বুঝে internal team কে clearly brief করা
- Project update, follow-up, and feedback collection
- Miscommunication prevent করা (এটাই core responsibility)
Marketing Support:
- Service explain করা (Web, Design, Digital Marketing)
- Lead follow-up এবং Basic Qualification করা
- Proposal, Quotation, Service Explanation Coordinate করা
- Social media / campaign-related client coordination
