Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision all kind of civil work (masonry, cc or rc casting etc.).
∎ Supervision all kind of finishing work (door & window fittings, paint, tiles, floor epoxy, aluminium window work etc.
∎ Supervision all kind of plumbing work (toilet & wash line).
∎ Fire door maintenance & all kind of civil related work.
∎ Surface drain repairing work surrounding factory area.
∎ Washing machine duct line, foundation repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Fire hydrant related civil repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Effluent Treatment Plant (Etp.) related civil maintenance work.
∎ Lamella clarifier related civil maintenance work.
∎ Factory related other installation work (Exhaust fan, sandwich panel etc.)
∎ Control maintenance tools, Engineering stores and equipment.
∎ Monitor and control maintenance costs.
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Raise purchase requisition & follow-up with Supply Chain Management Dept. (SCM) for materials after proper estimation.
∎ Prepare drawing in AutoCAD for smooth work & follow proper guideline.
∎ Prepare Periodic structural inspection (PSI)/Monthly report & email head of construction.
∎ Prepare daily progress report with photograph & email top management.
∎ Monitoring floor loads on weekly basis and report to top management.
∎ To identify structural defects & quickly take initiate to rectify the structure.
