∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bakery/ Pastry, Bangladeshi food, BBQ/ Kabab, Chinese food, Continental food, Indian food, Thai Food
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primarily, should have very strong expertise in Bangla and Indian Cuisine. He should be an expert in cooking items like Kacchi Biriyani, Chicken Roast, Beef Rezala, Beef Kala Bhuna, Mutton Rezala, various types of fish bhuna, curry etc. items for quantity as high as 3,000 in a single day.
∎ Should also have strong knowledge of other cuisines like Thai, Chinese, Continental etc.
∎ Should also possess knowledge of delicacy items in appetizers and desserts.
∎ Should be open-minded to following some of our existing recipes and also learning new recipes. If candidate is very interested in experimentation and creating new menus and items, he will get preference in selection.
∎ Must be comfortable cooking food in large scale, for as much as 3,000 people in a particular day.
∎ Ensuring top level hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen at all times.
∎ Should be able to operate within given budget, and control costs. Must work to reduce food cost constantly.
∎ Must take complete ownership of the kitchen, and ensure food is produced in the right taste, amount and ready on time.
∎ Should be comfortable working for long hours when there is order pressure, and also on holidays when necessary.
∎ Should be comfortable cooking outside of kitchen; at venues, private residences and even outside Dhaka for prestigious events.
∎ Must be an active worker; we do not need a chef who will only supervise others.
∎ Having a strong network within the chef community of Dhaka will be an advantage to getting selected

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a pleasant personality and work under our guidance; we do not need a chef who thinks he is the boss.

Salary: Negotiable
