Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
∎ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Escalate complex problems to supervisors or other departments when necessary, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints using designated systems or software.
∎ Update customer information and communication preferences as needed..
∎ Maintain a high level of quality in all customer interactions, ensuring professionalism and compliance with company policies.
∎ Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address potential issues.
