∎ We seek an Executive, Business Sales for Selling Countrywide Distributorship of our Software (ERP) Products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ TAKING TRAINING: For all the following matters the company will be given short training, Executive, Business Sales should be executed by himself immediately.
∎ TARGET MEETUP: Executive, Business Sales must achieve the monthly targets of distributor recruitment & the sales target.
∎ SELECTION: Qualified candidate selection by phone/online interview for the software distribution from the online leads.
∎ ORGANIZE: Organize selected candidates for the online seminar for a better understanding of our business opportunity & working process.
∎ TEST/EXAM: Take an online test/exam for the final selection process.
∎ RECRUITMENT: Maintain the recruitment system as instructed by the company.
∎ TRAINING: Organize selected participants for the online/head office training.
∎ BUSINESS SALES: Business sales (various distribution categories) to the selected candidates.
∎ MEETING: Organize and conduct regular business meetings (online/offline both ways).
∎ COMMUNICATION: Communicate with the partners/distributors on a regular basis to motivate them and solve their regular problems.
∎ FOLLOWING: Following the company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and any other working procedures.
∎ ADMINISTRATION: Properly administering them to generate competition among the distributors and take required disciplinary actions in a prudent manner.
∎ SUPPORTING: Supporting on a regular basis as a Key Account Manager (KAM).
∎ REPORTING: The executive must be able to maintain the reporting system on a daily basis.
∎ ANY TASKS: Any other tasks given by the company.
