∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
∎ Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
∎ Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
∎ Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
∎ Frequently visit the prescribed area and handle all types of billing smoothly.
∎ Able to sell flat/commercial spaces in competitive price within the shortest period of time.
∎ Managing social platform (Facebook, Instagram, website & others) by updating contents and replying customer queries.
∎ Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs.
∎ Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases time to time.
∎ Advertising vacant properties and manage appropriate tenants as early as possible.
∎ Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and report to the superior manager time to time.
∎ Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
∎ Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
∎ Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violation.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
