∎ Response Limited is a leading Events & Activation Agency involved in BTL Activities and Corporate Events for last 24years. To strengthen up its Business Development Team it needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We`re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali DOHS)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Generation, Interact and Correspond to Develop Prospective and New Clients
∎ Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
∎ Examining clients' businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
∎ Regular client visits and hunting new business
∎ User end service when require
∎ Attend client brief & taking details brief
∎ Organizing brain storming session and generate ideas
∎ Preparing Presentations/content
∎ Attend presentation session or submit proposal as per client requirement
∎ Sourcing regular basis Tender, EOI from respective platform
∎ Attend pre-bid meeting
∎ Processing of tender requirement and ensure proper submission
∎ Liaison with creative & strategy team to Develop new Creatives/ideas for Projects.
∎ Liaison with Operation team for Proper Execution
∎ Work closely with the creative, strategy & operations team to deliver the projects
∎ Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department's targets
∎ Prepare monthly business plan and share to superior
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in BTL Agency background will be highly preferable.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure to meet target
∎ Team-work oriented, capacity to work independently; personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, experience in working effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds at all levels
∎ Excellent writing (English and Bangla) and communication skills, including demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to write clearly and accurately.
Salary: Negotiable
