We are inviting application from Bangladeshi citizens (Both Male and Female) for the following position:
∎ Overall responsible for National Sales and Marketing
∎ Job Location: Head Office /Local Office and Branch offices
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, Plan and implement a distinctive business strategy to achieve Monthly Target, business goals and company's long-term sustainability.
∎ Lead Branch Managers, guide & coach them, provide marketing related information to their customers and follow up with them regarding proposals/cover notes to develop business and assist them to achieve company's overall business target
∎ Maintain and develop existing and new customer's relationship through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer utmost level satisfaction.
∎ Prepare monthly sales statement in relation with IDRA UMP format/management requirements duly signed by , concerned department (Accounts/underwriting/Business Development ) and submit the same to the Reporting /Line Manager within the deadline
∎ Keep constant contact with clients, collects shipment advice timely and submits the same to the underwriting department for issuing policy documents
∎ Provide company's product and service information to the new and existing customers/Stakeholders. and document all call (face to face & over telephone) information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Enter and update new customer information into the system, update existing customer information. Follow up customer calls where necessary and complete after call works
∎ Arrange to collect bills and VAT Challan /Mushoks against issued proposal letter from accounts department on daily /weekly/ monthly basis and submit the same to the respective clients for dues/premium collection.
∎ Contribute marketing, sales information and recommendation to strategic plan and execute successfully
Additional Requirements:
