Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect land information from existing LO, Media, Field Visit & Others
∎ Frequent travel for land visit & Survey
∎ Conduct Competitors market survey
∎ Preparing feasibility calculation & Proposal
∎ Negotiation with Lo's along with seniors
∎ Drafting officials such as DOA, POA etc
∎ Co-ordination with design dept regarding land survey & design
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Salary: Negotiable
