Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development for Fumigation and Pest Control Service
∎ Identify market activities, current trend and competitor's activities.
∎ Identify client area wise and sector wise for best usage of marketing efforts and best usage of operations team.
∎ Cover maximum range of clients through Phone call, Email & Visit.
∎ Sells by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Prepares regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Analyze of client's complain and provide it's solution case to case
∎ Control and asses fumigation team members' performance.
∎ Strong control on Chemicals and equipment usage and proper storage
∎ Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.
∎ To ensure compliance and respect of all BV policies and procedures including implementation of all technical and procedural matters as per BV quality system.
