∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

∎ Knowledge of the electrical and energy sector.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English (both spoken and written).
∎ Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for products such as battery, UPS, solar inverters, solar panel, AC-DC cables, breakers and others.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships with both new and existing customers in the power and energy sectors.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute business development strategies.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new market trends and opportunities.
∎ Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, ensuring they understand technical specifications and benefits.
∎ Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance business development efforts.
∎ Prepare regular business reports, outlining activities, achievements and KPIs.
