∎ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
∎ Strong knowledge of L/C, port operations, C&F procedures, customs clearance, HS code classification and import documentation.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle end-to-end international sourcing, procurement and supply chain for solar and electronic products.
∎ Execute and monitor all aspects of Letters of Credit (L/C), T/T, shipping documents and related banking activities.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, C&F agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs authorities.
∎ Ensure timely clearance of goods from ports and maintain accurate documentation.
∎ Maintain vendor communication for order tracking, delivery schedules and quality assurance.
∎ Prepare and maintain procurement plans and cost analysis reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with all import regulations and relevant government policies.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment.

∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Commercial & SCM team. The candidate must be responsible for managing imports, procurement and supply chain operations from international markets.
